Most of this was politics and investigation. There wasn’t much time spent with interesting creatures or in the old woods. Nothing much really happens until the second half of the book when Wyn’s grandmother is abducted. The first half of this book involves Arianwyn getting back to Lull, dealing with her father, and helping the town of Lull with Yule preparations. The story moves really slow and nothing even really happens until the middle of the book. This is the third and final book in The Apprentice Witch series and I thought it was the weakest of the series. What really makes a witch come true? Our lovable heroine is about to find out …”
